Given your particular circumstances, the first thing we’ll do is advise as to whether the event should be reported to your insurance company. Remember, not every accident is worth reporting when you consider the effect it might have on your record (and premium). If we file a claim with your blessing, an adjuster will be assigned and he/she will speak with you to collect the relevant information pertaining to your loss.
In the event that your claim occurs outside of our office hours, you can contact us 24/7 through our office number, where it will forward to the broker on call. We don’t use a Call Centre – one of us is always available to help when you need us most. We strongly encourage you to speak with us prior to calling your insurance company directly but numbers are provided below for your reference.
